01 · How it works
No more photographing letters for a Thai friend, or guessing with a translation app that gives you words but not meaning.

Ask follow-up questions, draft a polite reply in Thai, and keep every document in one searchable history.
02 · Features
Translation tells you what the words say. Kao Jai tells you what they mean for you, and what to do about it.

No. A translator turns Thai words into English words. Kao Jai reads the whole document and tells you what it is, what it means for you, what you owe, by when, and what to do next. It also knows how common Thai processes work, like paying a bill at 7-Eleven or what a juristic office notice usually asks for.
No. Kao Jai explains documents in plain English to help you understand them. It isn’t a law firm, and nothing it says is legal, tax or immigration advice. For anything with serious consequences, such as signing a lease, buying property or a dispute, please check with a qualified Thai lawyer or the relevant office.
Your documents are yours. They’re encrypted in transit and at rest, used only to decode them for you, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time. We handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Read the privacy notice.
Very good on printed documents like bills, notices and contracts, and improving every week. When something is unclear, like faint handwriting or a cut-off page, Kao Jai says so rather than guessing, and it always shows the original Thai next to the explanation so you can double-check.
Yes. Take a photo, choose one from your camera roll or upload a PDF, and Kao Jai translates the Thai into English. Then it goes further than a translation app: it tells you what the letter is, who sent it, what you owe, by when, and what to do next. Read how to translate a Thai document to English.
Leases and rental contracts, electricity and water bills, condo and juristic office notices, school letters, bank letters, traffic fines, land and property tax notices, and immigration paperwork like TM30 and 90-day report receipts. If it’s Thai and on paper or PDF, try it.
